All applications are reviewed according to administrative criteria that determine their eligibility.
Applications that meet the requirements of the Regulation are then submitted to a technical evaluation based on the assessment criteria detailed in the Methodology and Evaluation Grid 2022 document. The Evaluation Grid is used to assess the quality of applications, providing a common and objective framework for all submissions.
Different aspects of each project will be considered and valued, including the quality of the idea presented, its originality, its potential to achieve the proposed objective, and its implementation capacity.
